We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist with strong expertise in cross-cultural communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement here in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver high-impact communication materials, including presentations, documents, videos, newsletters, and posters.
• Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication between teams, executives, and stakeholders to ensure clear messaging and alignment.
• Manage marketing and event coordination efforts, supporting engagement initiatives and brand positioning strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, driving collaboration and organizational success.
