    Job Summary

    Looking for a IT helpdesk for a multinational company to support the team!

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site IT support for a team of 130 internal users.
    • Act as a liaison between the IT department and end-users.
    • Facilitate communication between global and local teams.

    Daily Tasks:

    • Adhere to ITIL standards for user support.
    • Utilize ticketing systems such as ServiceNow to escalate issues to the China-based team.
    • Assist in setting up internal events by managing video conferencing and meeting arrangements.
    • Provide technical support in a predominantly Wintel and Cisco device environment, focusing on basic troubleshooting.

    Top 3 Skills:

    • Strong experience in supporting corporate team members, emphasizing communication and proactiveness.
    • Proficiency in both English and Japanese for effective communication with internal stakeholders and the China-based team.
    • Familiarity with Windows technical environment, including printers and network devices, at an L1-L2 level, with prior experience in an IT/Desktop support role.
