【Department Overview】 The Marketplace Expansion Development Section was newly established in January. Its mission is to launch new marketplaces and develop expansion features.
【Position Outline】 We are seeking a Frontend Engineer to help revamp the Fast Delivery Mart service by the end of the year.
【Responsibilities】
•
Deliver end-to-end system development including design, coding, testing, and deployment
•
Communicate effectively with team members, related departments, and stakeholders
•
Monitor system stability and performance, optimize performance, refactor, and troubleshoot issues
【Required Skills】 Position: Frontend Engineer
Required Qualifications:
•
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role
•
3+ years of experience as a development lead or team leader
•
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
•
Extensive experience with TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications
•
3+ years of expertise in frontend frameworks/libraries, particularly React.js
•
Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG)
•
Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, and CSS-in-JS solutions
•
Experience with version control systems such as Git
•
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•
Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
•
Japanese proficiency: Higher conversational or business level
