Department Overview
The Marketplace Expansion Development Section was newly established in January. Its mission is to launch new marketplaces and develop expansion features.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end system development including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Communicate effectively with team members, related departments, and stakeholders
- Monitor system stability and performance, optimize performance, refactor, and troubleshoot issues
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a frontend engineer.
- 3+ years in a lead developer or team leadership role.
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility (WCAG).
- Familiarity with CSS-in-JS, SASS/LESS, and Git.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Japanese language: Higher conversational or business level.
