We are looking for someone bilingual (JPN/ENG) IT Support Engineer. Our client is a global company that has offices across the globe and continues growing in the IT industry.
Role – Lvl 1 IT Support Engineer
Location – Tokyo (4x a week office)
Provide first and second level support in case of problems with computers and mobile devices.
Escalation of technical problems to the L2 support team.
Configure, install and maintain IT hardware in LAN environments.
Utilizing a ticketing system to monitor and maintain a high level of service and support.
Updating and reviewing technical procedures

1. 2-3 years of IT Support experience
2. Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills - Windows; hardware OS level
3. Conversational Japanese (N2-N1) - can understand descriptions of problems from native speakers, conversational English
