Our client is a Fortune 500, multinational manufacturer and marketer of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, headquartered in New York City. As the global leader in prestige beauty, we touch over half a billion consumers a year. The company owns a diverse portfolio of brands, distributed internationally through both digital commerce and retail channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate technical staff operations to ensure proper resolution of company/client problems
• Provide hands on training to technical staff to ensure a competent and effective workforce
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the performance of work operations
• Ensure availability of work tools, machine, and other necessary equipment required for the performance of job duties
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the efficient performance of work equipment and systems
• Prepare cost estimates required for operations, labor, and materials
REQUIREMENTS
• 7+ years relevant IT experience, 2+ years of experience managing a desktop support team
• Significant IT Solution leadership experience leading and managing an IT Field Services team including coaching and mentoring
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Leader with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and consistent process
• Possesses a strong understanding that IT is a key contributor to all business activities
• ITIL Foundations Certification
