    Position Title: Project Manager

    Job Description:

    As a Project Manager in the Home Life Business division, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various projects of different scales concurrently to support business expansion. Your duties will include:

    Overall project management tasks

    1. Schedule management
    2. Budget management
    3. Quality management
    4. Risk management
    5. Management of cross-functional projects
    6. Establishment and consideration of project management methodologies for improvement and standardization.

    Required Skills:

    1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
    2. Proficiency in schedule creation and progress tracking.
    3. Experience in project management including issue and risk management, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and solve problems related to risk.
    4. Flexibility to adapt to changes.

    Preferred Skills:

    1. Experience in organizing business flows and defining requirements.
    2. Experience in communicating with end-users.
    3. Analytical skills.

    Work Arrangement:

    On-site presence required every day, with the possibility of remote work (up to 2 times a week, depending on circumstances).

    Stakeholders and Projects Focus:

    This role will focus on projects related to daily life goods, quantity management, and personal data migration. You will be managing a team of engineers, including UI/UX engineers, app development engineers, and business personnel.
