Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with around 5-7 years of experience in SAP deployment related projects and experience with S4/Hana for a global roll-out of S4/Hana at one of the biggest international companies located in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
Seeking experienced Operations Manager familiar with S4Hana
Proficient in managing customer relationships and vendor communications
Strong background in adhering to SLAs, ticket management, and escalation/notification processes
Skilled in ITSM following ITIL Framework and Methodologies, preferably with ITIL foundation certification
Takes ownership of all open tickets, ensuring they progress from initiation to resolution while maintaining quality and adherence to SOPs
Capable of monitoring, reporting, and managing service metrics and KPIs
Prioritizes incidents based on their impact on operations/business
Experienced in handling various issue levels, including P1, P2, and P3/P4, bridge calls, and impact communications
Skills:
SAP deployment experience Communication skills (English only is okay if the other two skills are matched) 5-7+ years of service management experience
