What You’ll Do
- Security Governance
- Review and act on security reports
- Communicate policies and standards to local teams
- Support implementation and quality assurance of global security processes
- Risk & Compliance
- Share risk insights and dashboards with stakeholders
- Conduct assessments on cloud/app security, vendor risk, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI, local laws)
- Manage exceptions and risk acceptance
- Application & Cloud Security
- Embed security into the development lifecycle (DevSecOps)
- Identify and mitigate risks in local cloud environments
- Incident Response
- Coordinate responses to IT security incidents and investigations
- Awareness & Training
- Drive security training and awareness campaigns
- Promote global education initiatives
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience, with 5+ in information security
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Broad knowledge of security, risk, and compliance
- Familiarity with IT environments (cloud, OS, databases, networks)
- Certifications like CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus
- High ethical standards and a proactive mindset
