    Job Summary

    Responsibilities
    - Maintenance and operation of internal FAQs
    - Responding to and analyzing inquiries from users/partners and clarifying issues related to Rakuten Travel service
    - Propose solutions, define requirements, prepare documents and reports.
    - Communicate, coordinate, and report with users, partners, and internal and external parties.
    - Improvement of business processes to reduce the number of inquiries and issues themselves

    Skills
    - Java development experience (need to know how to write Java code or someone is interested in learning JAVA from other programming languages background) -
    - Linux commands (log analysis)
    - Bilingual (JP80%/EN20%) Japanese is more important (If the Japanese is native, English is reading/writing only is okay)
