Position: QA Technical Trainer (Exclusive to Engineers located in Japan)

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join the team of our primary client, the world's largest Computers and Electronics Manufacturing company. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in upholding and enhancing standards within the Quality Assurance space.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training Development: Craft training materials, curriculum, and resources encompassing a broad spectrum of testing topics, ranging from foundational concepts to advanced techniques.
• Instruction: Deliver training sessions through diverse formats such as classroom lectures, workshops, online courses, and hands-on exercises.
• Best Practices: Educate on industry-leading practices for test planning, test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and test reporting.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance, integrating these insights into training materials.
• Customization: Tailor training content to cater to the distinct requirements of different teams or projects within the organization.
• Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to trainees as they translate their acquired knowledge into real-world projects.
• Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, exams, and practical assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding and application of the material.
• Feedback and Improvement: Solicit feedback from trainees and utilize it to refine training content and delivery methodologies.
• Collaboration: Forge close collaborations with other teams, such as development and product management, ensuring harmony between testing practices and overarching project objectives.
• Problem Solving: Assist trainees in resolving testing-related challenges and issues encountered during their work.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Possess a profound comprehension of diverse testing methodologies (including manual testing, automated testing, performance testing, etc.), testing frameworks, testing tools, and industry standards.
• Tool Proficiency: Exhibit mastery in utilizing various testing tools, including test management software, automated testing frameworks, bug tracking systems, and more.
• Communication Skills: Fluent English proficiency is essential.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record in a technical trainer capacity.
