A global insurance company is looking for a System Engineer/Administrator to play a central role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of our systems and services. You will work closely with the engineering and operations teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and aid with the routine tasks on the production system
• Extend technical support for tasks like code deployments, environment upgrades, configuration adjustments, and resolving issues
• Take part in responding to incidents
• Work in coordination with Infrastructure, Server, Network, and Application Development teams

Skillset:

• Bilingual Fluent in both Japanese and English
• Incident Management- skilled at troubleshooting production system issues
• Experience in scripting for automating routine tasks
• Database Knowledge for troubleshooting and managing data storage
